Who we work with

Software built for how your sector works

Some trades keep the same records as each other, so they get a page of their own: what gets tracked, what the rules ask for, and what the screens look like. If yours isn't listed, the systems we build apply to most businesses with jobs, kit or paperwork to keep straight.

A driver's run sheet on a phone, showing the current drop with its delivery, photo and signature steps and the stops still to come.

Works orders through the shop, job cards, material traceability, inspection and despatch.

09

Field service and engineering

The office board and the engineer's phone as one system: job sheets, readings, photos, sign-off and the certificates that come out of them.

10

Legal and claims firms

Matters from intake to closure, with stages, parties, referrers, document packs and an audit trail.

11

Aesthetics, salons and clinics

Online booking with deposits, the diary, consent and medical history, treatment notes with batch numbers, and payments.

12

Debt management and IVA firms

Every client on one file: the plan, the creditors, the payments received or missed, the reviews and the audit trail.

02

Why a sector page at all

A skip firm, a plant depot and a letting agent track different things, but they buy a system the same way: look at the job, agree a fixed price in writing, build it in weeks, then run it.

The sector pages exist so you can see your own work in them before you ring. Every screen on them comes from our own example systems. The firms in them are invented. The screens are real. Yours would use your towns, your sizes and your words for things.

We don't publish client names, so none of these pages is a customer list. Once we've spoken, we're happy to put you in touch with a customer in a similar line of work.

Talk to us

Tell us what the business does and what you'd like to keep track of. That's usually enough for us to say whether we can help. Wanting it quicker or tidier is reason enough.
